Need to return an item you purchased? We're here to help, every step of the way.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES… NO HASSLE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We want you happy instead of dealing with B.S
If you want to return an item, we will exchange your item, provide a gift card or refund your original
method of payment provided you meet the below requirements:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of receiving your item
- The items are unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all original tags and components still intact
Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, special or promotional items cannot be refunded.
To start a return, get in touch with us at support@groovypeacock.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any
return question at support@groovypeacock.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request complies with our refund policies. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
